The Mc Nation Boarding School! (Windows 10/PE Realm!)

I have been thinking a lot about my next build and where I wanted to build it. And I thought how COOL would it be to build a early 1800’s schoolhouse that was pre~paper and black board only. And I decided to build it on my private Windows 10/PE realm, because it goes with the theme of the realm. I built it past the farmhouse and I made a path to the farmhouse and the farmhouse is connected to the village. I also made a path down to the water and I made a dock so the kids outside of the village can go to school. 😀 And I also made lights the whole way to the village and the dock. That way the kids don’t have to worry about going to school in the dark in the morning.  And as always I hope you enjoyed today’s update and please check back soon with “The Mc Nation” for future updates!

I love it. I love that it looks exactly like a brick schoolhouse. What a cool idea. What village doesn't need a little schoolhouse? I like the path too with the torches all along it. Great job!!!

Thank you, I really enjoy it too. It got the idea from an old 1800's one room schoolhouse.

Its just crazy when you think about how far we have come along with technology in the last 100+ years.

Right and if you think about it 100 years isn't that long in the scope of things. I seems like technology is getting developed faster and faster. Schools have really come a long way from those one room schoolhouses. My dad used to talk about his time in school and he was in a small one room school. It is hard to imagine that teachers back then had to teach all grades instead of only one like today. Imagine what it will be like in another 100 years. LOL. We might be living like the Jetsons.

That would be pretty sweet, too bad that I won't be alive to see it lol. I can imagine how sweet it would be to live in the clouds. You could avoid all the traffic on the ground and avoid the storms. 🙂

I'm not sure I would like to live in the clouds since I have a fear of heights. Maybe if I can't see below the clouds it would be nice. My sister and everyone else affected by Hurricane Irma needed to be in the clouds to avoid that. I don't necessarily need to live exactly like the Jetsons but it would be nice to have a robot maid. 🙂

My dad lives in Live Oak Florida and he rode out the hurricane in a shelter, but by the time it got to him it was a category one. His house was fine but it still knocked his power out for 3 days and he said a lot of neighbors houses got hit hard and there were a lot of down trees.

My sister is in Miami a little ways away from the areas that they had mandatory evacuations. We tried to get her to leave, but she wouldn't do it. Luckily, the hurricane had turned a bit and didn't hit her area like they said it was going to. They were having a lot of tornadoes though and one had touched down in her neighborhood. I am glad that your father is okay too.

I am glad your sister is ok too. I wonder what goes through a persons head to make them think, Yep I am going to ride out the hurricane lol. If it were me I would be burning rubber and racing down the freeway to get out of there lol.

LOL Me too!!! I guess because she figured she lives in a concrete house nothing was going to happen. But still, you wouldn't have to tell me twice and especially when you have a child at home. There was a couple of people who tried riding out the storm in a boat. Now tell me how smart is that?? Common sense just can't be taught which is really a shame.

Riding out the storm in a boat is just plumb crazy! Because any hurricane always tosses boats like they are a piece of paper. I sure hope those people were ok.
